Patrick is a partner at Dorten. As marketing and communications consultant, he has lead projects for clients such as Bertelsmann, BMW, Daimler Buses, FRoSTA, HypoVereinsbank and IBM. He is co-author of „Erfolgsfaktor Kundenzufriedenheit“ („Sucess factor customer satisfaction“) from Springer Verlag. As the BMW i lead agency, Dorten was in charge of all global above-the-line communication measures.
